Luca Mattei graduated in Law at the University of Roma Tre (2018) with a thesis on the Inter-American System of Human Rights. Later, he joined the Bar Association of Civitavecchia, as a trainee lawyer,, where he collaborated with the Tagliaferri Law Firm, both for legal assistance in court and for research in the office. Due to his passion for the study of fundamental rights and international relations, he enrolls in the Master’s Degree in International Law at Utrecht University (2020). The course successfully concludes with a thesis on the legal aspects of 'digital contact tracing' and the high-level architecture of this technology. Currently, he is attending a course in Legal Tech & Design at the University of Milan. Notably, one of his main interests is the observation of the impact that geopolitical and diplomatic changes generate in the technology sector.
